Old Orchard Utility Project

PROJECT NEED is due to Failing Roads; Failing Septic Systems with limited space for new drain fields on neighborhood parcels.

PROJECT SCOPE is to add New Roads (Asphalt); Expanded Sewer System; New sewer mains on portion of neighborhood currently without access and new water mains.
