Notice of Public Hearing - Planning Commission

Please take notice that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at 6:30PM at the Plainwell City Hall, 211 N. Main Street, Plainwell, Michigan.
 
The Planning Commission will consider a Special Use Permit Application for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) submitted by:

Plainwell, MI 49080
Parcel Number 55-380-002-00
 
And also, such other and further matters as may come before said public hearing.
 
All interested parties will be given the opportunity to express their views on the proposed special use prior to action being taken. Written comments or questions may be directed to JoAnn Leonard, City Clerk at Plainwell City Hall, 211 N Main St, Plainwell, MI 49080.
