Notice of Public Hearing - Profielnorm USA LLC IFT Application

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Plainwell City Council has been requested to consider an application for an Industrial Facilities Tax Exemption pursuant to P.A. 198 of 1974 from Profielnorm USA LLC for buildings installed within the Plainwell Industrial Development District located at 947 Lincoln Parkway, Plainwell, Michigan.
 
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Plainwell City Council shall meet at 7:00pm on Monday, November 10, 2025 at Plainwell City Hall, 211 N. Main St., Plainwell, Michigan, to afford the Applicant, the City Assessor and a representative of each taxing unit an opportunity to be heard with regard to said application.
