What is Island City E-Service?
The Customer Service Request System tracks all citizen requests by issuing a tracking number to a specific issue. In addition to submitting requests over the phone or in person, citizens now have the opportunity to submit a request on-line. Once the request is entered a tracking number will be issued and a summary of your request will be posted on our website.
If you are submitting a request on-line you may do so anonymously, however an email address is required. A summary of the request is entered by staff to ensure no personal information, as well as submitters information, is posted. The City of Plainwell respects your privacy and will not use your email for anything other than responding to your request directly or asking for clarification.
